Dave uses Mortgage Quest to track mailing various information to perform pipeline marketing. This includes letters, newsletters, postcards and flyers. Dave uses Mortgage Quest's Query system to find people most likely to refinance, such as loan type and interest rates, and does a mailing. One main advantage for Dave is the ability to pull up information from past clients as they speak to him so he can recall personal information. During the latest refinance boom, 95% of his refinances were from past clients. Mortgage Quest helps him stay in contact with people over a long period of time, which results in more call backs. When he calls people, they know who he is from the information they've been receiving. He tells people he has "elephant memory" when they express amazement at his recall of details--thanks to Mortgage Quest.
