"I have been using Mortgage Quest for about 3 months now. I was rather apprehensive to pay the cost of the program but decided that I needed something to take my production to the next level. For the first two months I had clients call in as a result but nothing to write home about. In March, a month in which my production is usually around 450,000-550,000, which is an average over the last seven years. Anyway as a result of the mailers and keeping contact, I took 18 loan applications for a total of 1.75 million dollars. Over 60% of that was from previous clients buying a new home or past customers bringing their friends and relatives to me for a mortgage loan. I can tell you honestly that in 7 years in this business I have never done 1.7 million in production. I got myself so overloaded that I had to move some applications from the last week in March to the first week of April. My production for April from the letters is already over 750,000 for the month and my production will more than likely top March.
I seriously doubted that this would have such the impact that it has had, but it is truly amazing. I do not suspect that this kind of production will continue each and every month. But keeping my name and service in front of the people that I have helped in the past has become my most important marketing piece."
