Are there any contracts?

Market Focus services are month to month, with no long term contract. The only requirement is that we need 30 days notice to cancel because we pay fees to our vendors at various times during the month.

Can I post content on my website and social media?

Yes. All Market Focus content can be posted to your website or social media sites. You take portions of our content or post the entire newsletter, ecards, or other email articles. Unlike some systems, there is no advertising in the newsletter or other articles so it looks like you wrote it!

Is my data secure?

We outsource our hosting services to Peak10, one of the largest and secure data centers in the US.  Their data centers are monitored 24/7 and have the highest level of security for all industries. When it comes to security the proof is in the certifications:

What happens to the data if I cancel?

If you decide to cancel our services, we'll export the data to excel and send it to you. We'll then delete the data on our server.

Do you have multi-user pricing?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss the number of users in your group and the different pricing options.

What kind of training do you offer?

Market Focus has a library of training videos that show you the basic features of the system. We recognize that everyone has different ideas and goals on how they want to use CRM and marketing systems. So we work with you one on one to show you how to achieve your marketing goals. We have marketing experts on staff that can show you best practices so you can get the best results with the least amount of work.

What are the limits for sending email?

There is no limit to the number of emails you can send per month. For our standard package, you can send up to 10,000 email per month, per user. If you exceed 10,000, the cost is $2 per 1,000 emails sent above the 10,000. So if you send 11,000 emails, the extra cost is $2.

Is there a limit to the number records I can have in the database?

There is no limit to the number of records in the database.

How do you handle duplicate records?

One of the benefits of MQ is that all your data can be in one database. We can import data from many different sources. As a result, people may be in multiple lists. MQ has routines to check to see if people are already in the database. If they are, then the matching record is updated.

What are the requirements for importing data?

We can import CSV, Excel and Fannie Mae 3.2 files.  You don't have to worry about the column labels or what data we can import. It's very easy to migrate your data from different sources into MQ. Just send us the files and we do the rest.
