The Interests screen contains various boxes to record the interests of the contact and spouse. Market Focus has written special interest letters that you can send to both borrowers and contacts. For example, you can send health and fitness tips to clients. If these letters are installed and you mark the Health & Fitness box, you can add the contact to the Health & Fitness campaign.
You can add interests by clicking to the right of an empty box and entering a name. You can also rename interests by clicking on the name and changing the text. However, if you plan to purchase interest letters from Market Focus, don’t rename any of the interests for which you purchase letters. The automatic add feature uses the interest names as they are defined.
