Mortgage Quest 4.1.5 Upgrade (Released Dec. 2009)

This 4.1.5 upgrade by Market Focus, Inc. incorporates the latest technologies to keep Mortgage Quest on the cutting edge of marketing and CRM tools for the mortgage industry. A major emphasis in this release is the development of several integrated services with Mortgage Quest.

New Enhancements and Services

  • Internet Backup and Synchronization - This feature gives you the abillity to make backups of your Mortgage Quest data and upload it to Market Focus website for safe keeping. You can also perform data synchronization between two Mortgage Quest programs via the Internet. All data is password protected and secure.

  • Encompass 360 and Encompass Anywhere Compatible - Mortgage Quest now supports the new Encompass 360 products. .

  • Adding Attachments to E-Mail - In the Letters Manager you can select one or more files which are sent as attachments when e-mailed individually or as part of a marketing campaign.

  • Record Merge - You can now merge two Mortgage Quest records into one.

  • E-Mail Validation - When you add e-mail addresses, Mortgage Quest validates the format. A new report validates all e-mail addresses and identifies which ones are incorrecly formatted.

  • Broadcast E-Mail Resend - If the Broadcast E-mail feature does not complete, you can resend which skips all e-mail that were sent successfully.

  • Realtor Cobranding Letters and E-Mail - If you have the Realtor Cobranding service, you can create custom cobranded letters and e-mail.

  • New E-Cards - Eight new e-cards have been created. There are now referral request, wedding anniversary, and mortgage specific e-cards, such as Thank You for the Application, It's Funded, and 1 year anniversary e-cards.

Mortgage Quest 4.1.4 Upgrade Features (Released March 2009)

  • Import/Export Fannie Mae 3.2 files - Mortgage Quest can now import and export records in Fannie Mae 3.2 format. This allows you to integrate Mortgage Quest with any Loan Origination System that supports Fannie Mae files.

  • Realtor Co-Branding Service - This monthly service provides the ability to e-mail or print letters with your photo and contact information and the assigned Realtor's information and photo. This marketing strategy gives you the opportunity to build relationships with Realtor partners and increases referrals by co-marketing on their behalf.

  • E-Card Service - This monthly service incorporates holiday, seasonal, birthday and referral thank you e-cards which can be e-mailed to anyone in your database. These highly visual e-cards are personalized with your contact information, company logo and photo. In addition, each e-card sent is addressed to the recipient by name. You also have the option to add a custom message to each e-card.

  • Internet Backup and Synchronization Service - This monthly service provides you with the ability to back up and send your Mortgage Quest data to Market Focus' Internet site. All backups are encrypted and safe. If you use multiple single versions of Mortgage Quest, such as at the office and at home. You can sync them via the Internet. No more flash drive syncs!

  • Secured E-Mail Connection - This feature allows you to send Mortgage Quest e-mail through e-mail servers that require SSL capabilities, such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, or corporate e-mail servers.

  • New E-Mail Option - Mortgage Quest can now add the person's first name in the e-mail subject line to personalize the e-mail even further.

  • Letter Footers - You can now add a footer graphic to all Mortgage Quest letters automatically.

  • Word Envelopes - Mortgage Quest now uses the Microsoft Word envelope template to print envelopes, making it easier to change fonts and configure the envelope to work with your printer.

Mortgage Quest 4.1.3 Upgrade Features (Released August 2008)

  • Add Pizzazz to Your MQ E-mail! - Now you can add customized header and signatures to Mortgage Quest e-mail. If you currently use Outlook stationery and signatures for e-mail, Market Focus has a new service that can create the header and signature files for all Mortgage Quest e-mail. We also can host e-mail images for you on our webservers. Please contact sales if you are interested in this new service for adding graphics to your Mortgage Quest e-mail. View sample.

  • WOW Your Clients with Improved Communication during the Loan Process! - Now you can easily e-mail or print a letter to everyone involved in the loan. This is useful for communicating loan status quickly when conditions change or when certain milestones are met, such as Loan Approved. Four new letters and e-mail have been added to Mortgage Quest: Documents Ordered, Appraisal Received, Loan Submitted and Loan Approved. These new letters and e-mail are designed to be used with this new feature.

  • Test Your Marketing Campaigns! - The Campaign Manager screen has a new Test button that can print or e-mail every letter in the campaign to a person you select in a test mode. This feature is useful to test the formatting of all letters in a campaign to make sure they print correctly, or to see how e-mail displays in Outllook. It's also a great way to review the content of all letters in a campaign.

  • Protect Your Backups! - Mortgage Quest backups are now password protected.

  • Vista Improvements! Mortgage Quest has been improved to work better with Microsoft Outlook and Vista. For example, Mortgage Quest no longer requires that Outlook be open first. We have also been able to reduce the number of Vista security prompts when using Mortgage Quest.

Mortgage Quest 4.1.1-4.1.2 Upgrade Features (Released Feb 2008)

  • Improved Letter and E-Mail Processing - It is now 50% faster to print letters and 100% faster to send e-mail. This is done in the background so you can do other things on your computer while Mortgage Quest processes your campaigns.

  • Vista and Office 2007 Compatible - Mortgage Quest is now compatible with these products.

  • Letter Import Feature - If you have a letter in a Word document, you can import the letter directly into Mortgage Quest.

  • Adding Stationery Graphics to Letters - It's now easy to add your header and footer graphics to all Mortgage Quest letters at once.

  • Mortgage Quest Dashboard - The Mortgage Quest Dashboard helps you manage your pipeline of prospects, loans in processing and funded loans. Graphs and charts show you key stats on your business.
