Mortgage Quest contains two databases that allow you to store key information about your current and potential clients. The Borrowers database includes information on past and prospective borrowers obtaining loans. The Contacts database contains all non-borrowers such as Realtors, builders, escrow agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process. In addition, use the Contacts database to enter people who may refer business to you, such as financial planners, CPAs and friends.

There are many features available for using information in the Contacts and Borrowers databases. These features help you manage your ongoing business as well as keep track of your prospects and people referring business to you.
