Mortgage Quest has the following features to help you manage your postcard and greeting card campaigns:
· When you have In Touch Today mail postcards for you, Mortgage Quest will warn you if you order the same postcard for the same person in the future.
· When you upload a list of borrowers or contacts to In Touch Today, Mortgage Quest checks to see if the addresses are complete and that you do not have duplicate names in the list. Only people whose Mail Status is set to Send Letters are eligible for uploading.
· When uploading contact addresses to In Touch Today, Mortgage Quest will use the home address fields if the Mail to Home Address checkbox is marked.
· When you change a borrower or contact address, Mortgage Quest will send a change of address request to In Touch Today if that person is on a greeting card campaign.
· If you delete a person from Mortgage Quest and that person is on a greeting card campaign, a remove request is e-mailed to In Touch Today.
· If you remove a person from an In Touch Today greeting card campaign, a remove request is e-mailed to In Touch Today.
